Emergency Navigation Without a Map
- πRivers flow west: On the Olympic Peninsula, major rivers (Hoh, Queets, Quinault, Sol Duc) all flow generally west to the Pacific. Following a river downstream will lead you out.
- π£οΈUS-101 encircles the park: Highway 101 loops around the entire Olympic Peninsula. Reaching any major road will eventually connect to 101.
- π»NOAA Weather Radio: Broadcast on 162.400β162.550 MHz. Portable weather radios work without cell signal.
